MEMORIES OF AFRICA

The use of salvaged tires offer great possibilities in the wide spectrum of art, design and creation. To create art with such vulgar and common product, and achieving original and quality work as well as functional, is not a simple or ordinary task. My motto says “Inspiration does not appear by accident,” therefore, I believe that not everything goes.

I present in this piece two half tires. One as a mirror, decorated with abstract acrylic texture, thus being an article of ample use in any home or commercial establishment. The other, an excellent pictorial motif for lovers of photographic safaris in the African savannah.
